How long does it take to receive my first letter?
Our snail mail journey typically takes 3 to 10 days to arrive in the United States. If located outside the United States, it will take longer ( 2-6 weeks). We love the slow, nostalgic pace of the postal system!
What types of merchandise do you offer?
We are currently building out our store, and we will be adding new items on a weekly basis. We curate a selection of SunBeam Hollow themed products, including beeswax candles, shirts, hats, mugs, and unique stationery.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Are the letters handwritten?
Yes! Every letter is penned by SB with a personal touch, ensuring your mailbox feels like a private message from a friend.
How do I track my snail mail?
Unfortunately snail mail does not have tracking, however if you don't get the mail within 3-10 days in the US or 2-6 weeks internationally, please contact us if you did not receive your snail mail within this time frame.
